About ChinaModelAPI
ChinaModelAPI is an independent, developer-run project with one mission: make China's best AI models usable by developers anywhere through a single OpenAI-compatible API endpoint.
What we do
- Unified access: Qwen, DeepSeek, GLM, Kimi, HappyHorse, Seedance and more, behind one API key with OpenAI SDK compatibility.
- Payments without borders: USDT top-up, so global teams can pay without Chinese banking.
- Daily model intelligence: we monitor official Chinese vendor channels and publish dated news briefs and pricing updates — ChinaModelAPI News.
- Open data: we maintain a community-sourced price tracker at github.com/JinHanAI/china-llm-api-pricing, with a source link on every number.
Who is behind it
ChinaModelAPI is built and maintained by a small independent team of developers who use Chinese AI models daily in real production workloads. We started the project after hitting the same wall ourselves: great models, painful access. Every guide on this site reflects hands-on use, and every price we publish is verified against official vendor documentation.
The service is currently in early access. Model availability and pricing are documented honestly on each guide page — including what is live today and what is still pending health-checks.
Editorial standards
- Prices and launch claims are sourced — official docs first, dated aggregator snapshots second.
- When a number cannot be verified, we mark it as unverified rather than guess.
- Relay status (which model IDs are live) is stated as-is, per model page.
