Terms of Service

1. The service

ChinaModelAPI provides an OpenAI-compatible relay that forwards requests to upstream Chinese AI model providers. The service is currently in early access (beta): model lineup, IDs, and pricing may change as the service matures.

2. Accounts and prepaid credits

• Usage is funded by prepaid credits topped up in USDT. Credits do not expire while the service operates.
• Prepaid credits are non-refundable, except where refund is required by applicable law.
• You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential; usage under your key is billed to your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to generate content that harms minors, to attack or overload the service or upstream providers, to circumvent rate limits, or to resell raw API access without agreement.

We may suspend accounts that materially breach these rules, with notice where practical.

4. Availability and changes

• The service is provided as-is during early access; no uptime SLA is offered yet.
• Model availability depends on upstream providers. Deprecations are announced in the dashboard and on model guide pages.
• Listed prices are the official vendor list prices we verify and publish; relay pricing is shown in the dashboard at purchase time.

5. AI output disclaimer

Output of AI models may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing model output before relying on it. ChinaModelAPI is not liable for decisions made based on model output.
